Winner's Edge Lacrosse. LLC Policies
Payment is due at time of registration. A registration of an individual or team is not secured until the specified deposit or payment has been received. In the event that an event is canceled, every effort will be made to provide a substitute activity or a refund within 10 business days of the cancelation of the event minus a 10% processing fee. All payments should be made payable to Winner’s Edge Lacrosse, LLC unless otherwise specified. Payments not remitted by the conclusion of an event will be consodered late and will be subject to a 10%/week late fee. We do not provide refunds for forfeited participation but may offer a credit towards future programming for a period of one year.
Since a cancelation due to weather may not be easily made up due to facility availability, we will make every effort to keep events on schedule. If inclement weather does affect our ability to host an event and a make-up is unable to be scheduled, a credit will be awarded to participants and teams for use on any other future event or activity for a period of one year. Events at indoor facilities will only be canceled due to weather if the facility also closes..
Medical Incident Policy
In the event of injury, Winner’s Edge Lacrosse, LLC will provide general first aid. The decision to continue to participate will be up to the individual player and/or parent or guardian if they are present. At the player’s request, Winner’s Edge Lacrosse, LLC staff members will facilitate contacting the parent or guardian of the injured player if they are not present. In the event of unconsciousness, calls to the parent or guardian and Emergency medical Assistance will be placed immediately. Due to the liability issues associated with hiring off-duty medical personnel or those not working under the supervision of a Medical Doctor, Winner’s Edge Lacrosse, LLC makes no guarantee that there will be a medical professional on location at sponsored events.
Sportsmanship and Conduct
Winner's Edge Lacrosse, LLC sponsors events for young women and girls and will protect the integrity of the environment in which participants experience our events.
